Texans for Alternatives to Pesticides (TAP) thanks the many dedicated people and organizations who contributed to the content and design of this website.

Texans for Alternatives to Pesticides (TAP) was conceived in 1999 by Rochella Cooper, Janice Blue and Teresa Grawunder.   Rochella served as the first president and subsequently as first Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Under their leadership TAP secured resources and focused its mission and work on the reduction of the use of pesticides in homes, schools and public places.
